Arm Balances are one of the most powerful asana group. Besides its many physical benefits, it is also a great tool to discover one’s own strength. In this workshop while you will be learning the techniques to do the arm balance effortlessly, you will also learn powerful transitions.

“Moving With the Prana”
In this workshop you will learn how to build a great foundation in your Pranayama practice. You will deepen your asanas, improve your connection with your pranic body. Then you will learn the secret techniques of the magical pranic body. When you get more with the pranic body, you will also get stronger in life and more open to everything.

Shiva; The Destroyer
In this workshop we will focus on Shiva Sutras teaching and we will focus on destroying energy. Destroying is the key of creation. When you destroy something, you also open a space for something. With Asanas and pranic practices we will discover Shiva’s world.
